SUMMARY:LGcomms East of England regional network meeting
DESCRIPTION:We’re delighted to be able to invite you to our next LGcomms East of England Networking Event to be held at the historic Norwich Castle Museum & Art Gallery\, Castle Hill\, Norwich\, NR1 3JU on 28th November. \nThe session will bring together local government and public sector communicators to exchange ideas\, explore shared priorities and build stronger professional connections. \nThis event provides an opportunity to discuss current communication challenges\, learn from colleagues’ experiences and consider how we can work collectively to support effective public engagement. Contributions from regional and national partners will help shape discussion around the evolving role of communications in delivering local outcomes. \nAgenda: \n9.45am – arrival and refreshments. \n10am – introductions. \n10.05am – 10.45am – local government reorganisation and devolution – comparing notes – Andy\, Mel\, all. \n10.45am – 11.30am – community cohesion – lessons learnt from Essex – Andy. \n11.30am – 12pm – Driving change – behaviour change campaigns to boost public transport – Rachel Cubitt. \n12pm – what’s on your worry list/items for future agendas. \n12.30pm – lunch and networking. \n1pm – brief tour of recently renovated Castle Keep with Alex Bratt from Norfolk museums service. \n  \nTo suggest an item or find out more\, please contact Andy Allsopp Andy.Allsopp@essex.gov.uk \nThe event will run from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm\, with refreshments available. \nAttendance is free for LGcomms members. \n
