We’re delighted to be able to invite you to the first of our LGcomms North West regional network meetings, set to be held next month in Blackburn.
The session will be held on Wednesday 10 September at Fuse Box (Blackburn Youth Zone), Jubilee Street, Blackburn, BB1 1EP.
The regional networks, developed by LGcomms and the Local Government Association, provide an important forum for sharing issues, best practice, campaigns and briefings from key partners. They’re also an important opportunity to focus on communications challenges which are unique to regions.
While discussion points are likely to include key issues such as local government reorganisation, we’re also keen to include suggested agenda items from your own council or organisation. If you would like to have an item on the agenda, please drop us a line on hello@lgcomms.org.uk
The session will be held from 12 noon until 4pm and a sandwich lunch will be provided.
Parking: Free parking is available for 3 hours at Morrisons (BB1 5BE). Paid parking is available on Weir Street and Mill Lane. Please note that we are unable to cover parking costs for this event.
