Summary:

The government is making changes to planning and has brought back housing targets, which has moved regeneration and development back up the agenda. If not handled correctly, there will be local opposition, which can damage the council’s reputation and derail schemes. As a result, this session aims to give participants an insight into the challenges, along with strategies and tactics to build a conciseness for change.
