This year’s LGcomms academy is going online with a three day event from Tuesday 24 November to Thursday 26 November. Themed Science, Strategy and Standards, this year’s academy will cover the big issues of the year and provide practical training for communications professionals at all career levels.

A communication strategy should bring about change outcomes. Outcomes are audience specific. Think of outcomes in terms of four things: perceptions, emotions, actions or knowledge – or PEAK.
Perhaps though we could all benefit from a bit more humility from time to time and own up to some of the stuff that didn’t go so well, instead of rewriting history when things go wrong.
